$10.00 1895-S Gold Ten Dollar $10 Eagle - NGC MS60 PQ
A notable scarcity, this 1895-S Gold Eagle should draw much attention. Of the dozen or so examples I've handled, this is the first coin that was legitimately uncirculated. NGC (Cert. No. 2167605-002) has graded the coin MS60. I feel the assigned grade is slightly conservative and, as such, the coin is priced aggressively.
A pleasing, well struck example, with a strong full cartwheel on both sides and no marks significant enough to draw one's unaided eyes.
