This 1839 Quarter is of the Open Claws variety, and a bit scarcer.
Very strong XF / AU details, few marks and good originality make this coin a worthy candidate, whether you seek the variety or just the date.
Not bothersome, but mentioned for accuracy is a somewhat lighter band of toning from 10:00 - 4:00 on the obverse where the coin appears to have been taped into a folder.
A very wholesome coin.
