The transitional reverse of the No Drapery 1840-O half dime is quite challenging to locate.
While not perfect (note the marks on and to the right of the shield), this example still possesses very acceptable arm's length appeal.
PCGS has graded this coin Good Details (Cert. No. 36664963), although they failed to attribute it with the variety.
